Sauvignon Blanc



The grapes for this delicious Sauvignon Blanc were grown in the highly acclaimed Awatere wine region of Marlborough. 2018 produced clean, healthy, flavoursome fruit. The fruit for this wine was harvested on 9th April 2018 at 19° Brix.

Fermentation was initiated and proceeded in a slow controlled manner to preserve both the varietal fruitiness and its aromatic intensity. It was lightly fined, followed by stabilisation prior to bottling during August 2018 under screwcap.

This deliciously vibrant Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, in an off-dry style, offers intense passionfruit and gooseberry accompanied with attractive cut-grass, apricot and tomato leaf notes. Immensely enjoyable on its own, it is also matches beautifully with Asian and seafood dishes.
