The grapes for this delicious Sauvignon Blanc were grown in the highly acclaimed Awatere wine region of Marlborough. 2017 produced clean, healthy, flavoursome fruit. The fruit for this wine was harvested on 24thMarch 2017 at 19° Brix.
Fermentation was initiated and proceeded in a slow controlled manner to preserve both the varietal fruitiness and its aromatic intensity. It was lightly fined, followed by stabilisation prior to bottling during July 2017 under screwcap.
