Final numbers and payment will be required in full 2 weeks (10 working days) prior to function. 
No refunds for non-attending guests.
The function is held in our underground Barrel Room.
Doors open at 6.00pm, please ensure guests arrive by 6.30pm.
As a licensed venue, Mills Reef can not permit alcohol to be bought onto the venue as it violates our liquor license.
